Athena staff members managed the requirements gathering, specification, development, and delivery of an environmental protection workflow management system for Mecklenburg County (Charlotte), NC.  System manages facility permit information and billing, tracks case data, establishes service request workflow, and provides analytical reporting on Air Quality regulated facilities.  Publicly viewable data is published real-time via the County website.  Implemented using Microsoft Visual Basic 6, Active Server Pages (ASP), Microsoft SQL Server 2000, COM+, and Business Objects.
